With more than 15 successful years in the business and well over 200 major projects to his credit, Selcuk has the acumen, experience, and soft skills necessary to understand and achieve directors and producers’ goals. He packs a killer one-two punch as a professional composer, combining the maturity, reliability, and collaborative mindset of a veteran with the creative fires and fresh outlook of a rising talent.

Gifted with an undiminished passion for music and instruments, Selcuk is steeped in the tradition of grand orchestral scores, yet always open for and seeking inspiration in less familiar sounds, rhythms,  and melodies from all corners of the world. Whatever musical underpinning the on-screen action may require, he always strives to make it soulful and emotional.

 

Well aware of directors and producers’ desire to make a picture stand out in the crowd, Selcuk draws on private libraries to lend his compositions refreshingly different and often unique sounds.
