Paatos (Sweden) - BAND

Paatos is a Swedish rock group based in Stockholm. The band shows influences from a wide variety of styles and genres. Some call it Post-rock, others Progressive, and Goth is sometimes referred to. Paatos has described their own music as Cinematic Rock, despite their reluctance to categorize or pigeon-hole their musical expression.

Kostas Kakouris (Greece) ORCHESTRATOR

A Master of the small ensembles, Kostas Kakouris has been an active composer, orchestrator and performer for 20 years. Born and studied in Athens, his minimalistic compositions with outstanding melodies, under the nickname John Romelmin, swept the European communities of minimal music very fast.

Özge Ileri (Turkey) - CELLIST

Özge İleri began her music education at the age of 11 at Hacettepe University State Conservatory with Tufan Tolga. During her education he worked with Caglayan Unal and graduated from the cello studio of Erdogan Davran in June 2003. She has participated in many ensembles during ten years of study; such as Hacettepe University Junior and Senior Symphony Orchestras, Chamber Ensembles, along with the solo performances.

Peter Nylander (Sweden) - MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST

Peter Nylander is a Swedish multi-instrumentalist and composer living in Stockholm. His main instrument is guitar and he is considered to be one of Scandinavia’s leading guitarists in the jazz idiom. Along with guitar Peter is a prolific ethnic flute player, with a major focus on Indian Bansuri, Armenian Duduk and Turkish Ney. Piano, electric bass and various forms of percussion are also familiar territories.

Alexius Tschallener (Switzerland) - MUSIC PROGRAMMER

Alexius works in Hardstudios (Winterthur, Switzerland) as a composer of music in many genres and as a programmer of classical orchestral works. He has experience with both large orchestras and state-of-the-art sampling and recording technologies, and is able to offer a wide range of possibilities to meet the needs of his clients.

Dom is a fresh and innovative recording artist, musician, producer and composer of instrumental soundtracks. He’s been gaining a reputation of originality and quality in the field of soundtrack music through his passion and skill for blending his live and real traditional acoustic instruments with a modern film score style production.

Sandro Friedrich (Switzerland) - ETHNIC FLUTES SOLOIST

Sandro Friedrich started his education with Baroque music. For over 30 years he has been working with instruments and music of many cultures. His skills have grown to include an astonishing spectrum of over 200 different wind instruments from all over the world like duduk, fujara, shakuhachi, low whistle, tin whistle, bass flute, traverse flutes, jews harp, bag pipes, etc. His musical styles vary from film music and world music to rock, folk and pop.
